1. Do I need a basic level of fitness?

Ski Fit Club is for all levels of fitness. If you are starting training for the first time or after injury we do recommend that you consult with your doctor first.

2. How long is each session?

Each week will last around 90 minutes - approx 60 minutes circuit training and 30 minutes skier's masterclass

3. What do I need to bring?

Indoor sports clothing & shoes, towel, & water. Changing and shower facilities are available at the studio.

4. How will news & resources be shared in the group?

We have a dedicated whatsapp group and facebook group for all Ski Fit Club members. You can use these groups to communicate with other members too and arrange your own ski days.

5. Where will the Ski Club Ski Day be and how will we get there?

We decide the destination closer to the time to suit the various abilities in the group and taking snow conditions into consideration. Usually we car pool and travel together.

6.Is it possible to organise ski hire and ski instruction for the Ski Fit Club Ski Day?

Absolutely, we will share options for hire and ski instruction in advance.

6. I can't make the Ski Fit Club Ski Day - can I still join?

That's a shame, but no problem. Please let us know when you sign-up and we can adapt the rate accordingly.
